We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us via e-mail or our customer service number to let us know and we will make sure your problem is solved. Refunds on broken or defective items may require the original items to be shipped back. You will not pay for any additional charges to have the broken product returned to us. We want to make sure your order is right.

3. Paying by Cashiers Check or Money Order
You can select "Check/Money Order" on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank or U.S Postal Service. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about two to three weeks.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
