Call Our Toll Free Number 888.543.5333 x705 You can leave your contact information and we will return your call and complete the processing information over the phone. 2. If you have a paypal account. Send us an e-mail with your order information and we will send you an invoice for payment using paypal. Or, click the paypal option on the buy now feature. We know you don't want to enter your credit card number more often than you have to, so we now accept this popular alternative! 3. Paying by Cashiers Check or Money Order You can select "Money Order" on the order form, and send us a cashiers check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank or U.S Postal Service. Cashiers Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by cashiers check/Money Order does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about two to three weeks.

Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 10 business days. We DO NOT accept orders nor do we ship outside the 48 Contingous States of United States*. Please include apartment number on all orders, if applicable. A signature is required. This will assist in tracking your order and track fraudulent activities. Return Policy
f you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip or e-mail us for details. Within 30 days of receiving any shipment*, you may return any un-opened/un-used products for a full refund less S&H. All orders purchased on the Towana's Treasures website must be authorized for return by a sales agent. You can do so by E-mailing us at towanastreasures@yahoo.com. Please include your name, order number, and a brief reason for return. Once your request is processed, you will receive an E-mail with return instructions. What if my order is wrong or damaged?
We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us via e-mail or our customer service number to let us know and we will make sure your problem is solved. Refunds on broken or defective items may require the original items to be shipped back. You will not pay for any additional charges to have the broken product returned to us. We want to make sure your order is right.
